Responsibilities
- Manage and provide therapeutic advice to uro-oncology specialists in hospitals and outpatient settings, as well as to practicing oncologists in your territory.
- Analyze and evaluate market data to identify opportunities for improving patient care.
- Develop and implement account plans and strategies within your area of responsibility, adhering to internal guidelines and external compliance regulations.
- Gain a deep understanding of local healthcare networks and referral structures to effectively engage with key decision-makers throughout the patient journey.
- Drive the development of innovative educational concepts considering current customer needs.
- Participate in congresses, sponsorships, and events for customer engagement and professional development.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments (e.g., Medical, Marketing, Key Account Management, Diagnostics) to implement optimal solutions and leverage synergies.
- Ensure consistent execution of the company strategy to achieve goals while considering the individual needs of target groups/customers.
Requirements
- Completed training as a certified pharmaceutical representative (m/f/d) according to §75 AMG or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of five years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in managing specialists in uro-oncology.
- Alternatively, possess solid experience from other specialty care areas and familiarity with complex therapeutic fields.
- Product, market, and customer knowledge, or willingness to acquire it.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- High level of motivation and initiative, with a passion for innovation and digital solutions.
- Confident demeanor with persuasive ability and enthusiasm, even in challenging situations.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to think beyond individual products and build connections with other oncology sales teams.
- Fluent in German and ideally good command of English, both written and spoken.
