About the Role
Utilize academic knowledge of messaging channel end-to-end solutioning to enable marketer strategies. Accountable from solution design to deployment, and understanding solution impact. Ensure high-quality user experience through rigorous quality assurance and peer feedback. Drive user engagement improvements via relevancy tuning messaging to discrete cohorts.
Responsibilities
- Engages marketers in refinement sessions to clarify strategy requirements.
- Builds messaging solutions and conducts self-quality assurance testing.
- Conducts peer-review quality assurance for Marketing Operations counterparts.
- Actively monitors solution deployment for a limited period to identify potential bugs.
- Utilizes business intelligence reporting or direct analytical queries to determine business impact.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations, analytics, or equivalent applied roles.
- High bar for quality, with ability to readily spot potential bugs.
- Superb writing skills for documentation, solution design, and insights.
- Effective communication skills with globally diverse cultures.
- Curious and analytic mindset, striving to build expertise.
- Ability to be on-call when business critical launches occur.
- Verbal and writing proficiency in the English language.
- Education in technology or business domains with an undergraduate degree with quantitative focus.
- Equivalent work experience is applicable.
