About the Role
Performance Marketing is a key growth driver. You will take responsibility for our Performance Marketing area, ensuring ideas quickly turn into results. You will build campaigns, test new approaches, optimize the entire funnel, and drive initiatives forward. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility, makes decisions, and creates sustainable growth with high execution speed, working data-driven, pragmatically, and with a clear focus on impact.
Responsibilities
- Campaign management: Independent planning, implementation, and continuous optimization of our paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn & Co.) from idea to scaling.
- Hands-on execution: Quickly launch new campaigns, landing pages, creatives, and tests. Implement and optimize iteratively without waiting for perfect conditions.
- Funnel & conversion optimization: Analyze the entire customer journey, identify optimization potential, and continuously improve CPL, CAC, and ROAS.
- Testing & growth: Develop and implement A/B tests, experiments, and new performance hypotheses. Consistently scale successful measures.
- Budget control & performance: Responsibility for media budgets, data-based prioritization of investments, and continuous optimization of marketing performance.
- Tracking & analysis: Ensure clean tracking and analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Looker Studio, or comparable tools.
- Collaboration with impact: Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Commercial. Manage agencies where they add value, with you retaining responsibility for results.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in Performance Marketing, ideally in a fast-growing digital environment (HealthTech, SaaS, Scale-up, etc.).
- Experience building, scaling, and optimizing campaigns, not just managing them.
- Very good knowledge of Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn Ads, and common performance tools.
- Proficient in GA4, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or comparable analytics tools.
- Detailed understanding of attribution, tracking, and conversion funnels.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize pragmatically, and reliably achieve goals.
- Enjoy taking responsibility and making data-driven decisions.
- Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English language skills.
