About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our existing customers, providing telephone consultations on our product range and services. You will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty and achieving sales targets in your designated area, working closely with the field sales team.
Responsibilities
- Provide reliable and active telephone support to top existing customers.
- Manage order processing and support delivery customers, collaborating with regional delivery sites.
- Proactively advise customers on food service solutions and promotional products to meet their needs.
- Develop strategy plans with the field sales team to achieve sales goals.
- Continuously review and optimize sales measures for effectiveness.
- Collaborate effectively with field account managers, wholesale markets, and delivery teams.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Office Management Assistant, Wholesale and Foreign Trade Clerk) or equivalent gastronomic experience (e.g., Restaurant or Hotel Specialist, Chef).
- Previous experience in sales/telephone sales (inbound and outbound) is preferred.
- Passion for food products.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to build networks.
- Customer, service, and quality-oriented approach.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different conversation partners.
