About the Role

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract for a People Development Coordinator - Performance & Engagement. You will be central to performance management and engagement operations, ensuring smooth system, logistics, query management, and internal campaign execution. You will provide operational, technical, and logistical support for key lifecycle activities, engagement surveys, and R&D projects.

Responsibilities

• Support the performance management process, including system support, troubleshooting, and maintaining colleague support materials.
• Assist with colleague engagement surveys, from system setup to rollout, report preparation, and supporting the Ambassador network.
• Respond to employee and stakeholder queries professionally and promptly.
• Organize logistics for in-person and virtual R&D events and activities.
• Maintain and update performance and engagement content on the company intranet.
• Assist with presentation creation and prepare participation status reports.
• Manage internal and external correspondence, process purchase orders, and build business relationships.
• Support ad-hoc projects within the Resourcing & Development and HR teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in an HR, Talent, or Learning & Development environment.
• Experience handling large datasets and working with engagement survey platforms and/or performance management systems.
• Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Calendar, Gmail, Slides, Docs, Sheets) or equivalent.
• Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently, use initiative to solve operational problems, and handle confidential information with care.
• Ability to proactively plan and organize workload across multiple projects while managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and organizational levels.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change, with a drive to enhance process efficiency through digital solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong commitment to accuracy and thorough understanding in all work aspects.
