About the Role
Gerber Ciano Kelly Brady LLP is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist with HR Generalist experience to lead bi-weekly payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now. This role also supports broader HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process bi-weekly payroll using ADP, including team member data changes, deductions, and timekeeping review.
- Assist the Recruiting Manager with the coordination and facilitation of new hire orientation and ensure completion of all onboarding documentation.
- Assist team members with benefit enrollments, changes, and questions. Support open enrollment activities.
- Maintain team member records in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Assist in audits and policy updates.
- Respond to team members inquiries and escalate issues as needed. Support team member engagement and recognition initiatives.
- Post job openings, screen applicants, and schedule interviews in partnership with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update team members information in ADP and other HR systems.
- Generate regular reports related to headcount, payroll, and compliance metrics.
