About the Role

You will work in the Finance department in FP&A, developing a modern, data-platform-centric architecture for controlling, planning, and reporting. Together with Finance, IT, and Data teams, you will strengthen the data foundation for scalable analytics and AI-supported decision-making. In close collaboration with the Head of FP&A Systems, you will shape a consistent and future-proof FP&A system landscape across markets.

Responsibilities

Design the target architecture of the FP&A data platform to enable scalable controlling and analytics across markets.
Structure system layers between ERP, data platform, and reporting to ensure consistent data flows.
Harmonize KPI logic with Finance and Data to establish a central Single Source of Truth.
Integrate planning and forecasting systems into the data platform to avoid duplicate structures.
Develop data structures with a focus on AI use cases to support data-driven decisions.
Define architecture principles in close collaboration with Finance, IT, and Data to drive transformation structurally.

Requirements

Several years of experience in Finance Transformation, FP&A systems, or data architecture to design complex system landscapes.
Experience in data platform or finance system migration projects.
Understanding of forecasting, budgeting, and performance management processes to connect data architecture with controlling logic.
Knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud-based data environments.
Understanding of data models and system layering to structure complex data landscapes.
Structured way of working to effectively drive transformation in decentralized organizations.
Very good English language skills for working in international teams.
