About the Role

We are seeking a driven, entrepreneurial individual to join us in growing the Merantix AI Campus. As our Strategy & Ops Intern, you will be central to expanding our community by owning growth projects from start to finish, managing our CRM, and advancing our pipeline. You will collaborate closely with our growth and marketing team, ensuring dynamic and varied weekly tasks.

Responsibilities

• Own, execute, and steer high-impact growth projects, including lead identification, scoring, CRM management, and outreach to prospective startups, partners, and members.
• Undertake strategic projects to shape campus growth, build workflows and automations, and conceptualize new formats or initiatives.
• Strengthen relationships with leading AI startups, infrastructure companies, and industry leaders.
• Shape event and initiative topics, contributing personal ideas.
• Support the marketing team in promoting the community's work globally, including event content, recaps, and social media using tools like Canva.
• Deliver timely and precise materials and communication aligned with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a growth orientation and project ownership confidence.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively amidst numerous ongoing activities.
• Genuine interest in AI and innovation, comfortable engaging with founders and investors.
• Prior experience with CRM tools, lead generation, or growth/sales operations.
• Familiarity with marketing or content tools such as Canva, social media platforms, or similar.
• Previous internship experience in a fast-paced or startup environment.
• Based in Berlin and available full-time for a minimum of six months.
