About the Role

We are seeking a lawyer specializing in Litigation and Arbitration to join our Tax & Legal Solutions division. You will continuously, project-based, and preventatively advise clients as a litigator, representing them before state and arbitration courts, as well as in mass or class action lawsuits across various specializations.

Responsibilities

  • Represent clients before state and arbitration courts.
  • Handle mass or class action lawsuits.
  • Manage corporate law or post-M&A conflicts.
  • Address director liability claims.
  • Handle banking and capital markets litigation.
  • Manage insolvency-related disputes.
  • Handle general commercial law disputes.
  • Manage antitrust damages claims.

Requirements

  • Completed law studies with two above-average state examinations.
  • Welcome as a junior lawyer or with initial professional experience in the mentioned areas.
  • Very good German and English language skills.
  • Ability to formulate precisely and think conceptually.
  • Quick comprehension for solving complex legal issues.
