About the Role
As a strategic consulting partner, you will support companies in sustainably filling demanding positions. You will develop individual search strategies, identify potential, advise clients at eye level, and manage recruiting projects with a high quality standard from order clarification to successful placement. DOMUS Consult is a consulting firm supporting clients in organizational development, digitalization, personnel acquisition, and business consulting. We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking an experienced individual to independently manage demanding recruiting mandates and actively shape the development of our business unit.
Responsibilities
- Independent management of exclusive recruiting mandates, from order clarification to successful placement
- Advising clients on search strategy, target groups, labor market, employer attractiveness, and fillability
- Developing individual recruiting strategies and selecting appropriate recruiting channels
- Creating target group-specific job advertisements and professional candidate outreach
- Active sourcing via LinkedIn, XING, talent pools, databases, and other networks
- Conducting structured phone and video interviews
- Professional and personal assessment of candidates and creation of meaningful candidate profiles
- Managing all candidate communication and supporting clients throughout the selection process
- Maintaining and expanding our talent pool and long-term candidate networks
- Ensuring structured documentation and GDPR-compliant recruiting processes
- Representing DOMUS Consult at industry events, trade fairs, and networking formats, and actively maintaining your professional network
Requirements
- Completed university degree in business, communication, sociology, or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in recruiting or personnel consulting with demonstrable and measurable success
- Proficient in active sourcing, direct approach, and modern recruiting channels
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and digital recruiting tools
- Experience in independently managing complex recruiting projects and client mandates
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Strong communication, consulting, and organizational skills
- High commitment, closing strength, and quality awareness
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Industry knowledge in the housing and real estate sector as well as in finance is advantageous
- Existing network in the tax consulting, auditing, or financial sector is advantageous
- Experience in filling specialist and management positions within these target markets is advantageous
