About the Role

Lead the Hollow Out 1 Payments delivery, extracting the Bank's Payments business capability from T24 into a standalone BIAN-aligned Domain Service. Define and own the delivery plan covering requirements, design, API connectivity, domain service build, integration testing, and go-live. Lead engagement with business, operations, and technology teams to define the Payments domain service scope and boundaries. Oversee the design of T24 R26 connectivity, including API usage, TPH integration, and event streaming. Manage the technical team, coordinate with the Domain Services Lead, and lead decommissioning analysis for Payments-related T24 modules and channels. Define the cutover strategy and manage integration testing. Present progress, decisions, and risks to the SteerCo and leadership. Drive payment operations readiness activities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

12 years of experience in core banking or payments technology
Minimum 5 years in delivery leadership
Proven ability to lead complex business capability extraction programmes in banking environments
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Skills

Deep knowledge of Temenos TPH, Temenos Payments Hub, and T24 Payments architecture
Strong understanding of BIAN Payments service domains and ISO 20022 payment messaging standards
Experience with SWIFT MX, SEPA, and UAE payment network integration (UAEFTS direct debit)
Knowledge of API-first payments architecture and microservice-based payment processing
