About the Role

Join our expanding Sizewell C (SZC) team and contribute to one of the UK's most significant megaprojects, playing a crucial role in the nation's climate change agenda and energy policy. This project aims to provide reliable electricity for 6 million homes for 60 years, supporting the UK's Net Zero by 2050 target.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure up-to-date design deliverables for the Site Establishment phase for the Delivery team.
• Manage the P6 design through the design assurance process to become passported design for construction.
• Assist the SZC Project Manager and Commercial Manager with the delivery of sitewide security fencing works.
• Produce and maintain drawing registers for various contract packages to ensure contractors receive correct design information.
• Utilize Propeller with the latest design models to support the Delivery team.
• Set up and manage SharePoint for external parties when Teamcenter is inaccessible.
• Produce assessments of as-constructed information from contractors against the design.
• Provide clarification on design queries and support the Delivery team in raising relevant RFIs/FCRs.
• Assist the SZC Procurement and Commercial teams with design sharing, scoping, and assessment during the tender stage.
• Maintain control and coordination of design data from the SZC designer to contractors and procurement pre-contract.
• Play a key role in maintaining the drawing register and distributing design updates in the absence of a document control system.
• Maintain updated design models to support the Delivery team.

• Managing projects to deliver agreed outcomes on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Coordinating stakeholders to achieve KPIs, manage risks and change, and provide day-to-day leadership.
