About the Role

As a Senior Manager, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth by extending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors. You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination and business development through to final implementation, ensuring value-led outcomes meet client standards. Your focus could include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost and margin optimisation. You will also play a significant role in the career development, coaching, and mentoring of internal and client teams, as well as the line management of Transformation Europe team members.

Responsibilities

Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across business-critical technology industries.
Building strong, trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, acting as a day-to-day delivery lead and advisor.
Building attributable client relationships based on industry expertise.
Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.

Requirements

Consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various business-critical technology sectors such as technology, telecoms, and media sectors.
Experience in target operating model design, operational excellence, enterprise value creation, or programme recovery and turnaround.
