About the Role
Plan wastewater, water, and gas systems, as well as dry fire suppression systems for demanding residential, office, administrative, and public building projects. Work within a dedicated project team, collaborating with project management and other discipline planners. Responsibilities
- Plan wastewater, water, and gas systems, as well as dry fire suppression systems for demanding new construction and renovation projects in service phases 1 to 7.
- Develop economical planning solutions and create associated planning documents, calculations, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Coordinate planning with authorities, utility companies, and discipline planners for heating, ventilation, and electrical systems, contributing technical expertise to the overall project.
- Support your discipline through to the awarding of contracts and assist with implementation using your technical expertise.
Requirements
- Completed degree in building services engineering, technical building equipment, energy, building or environmental engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field. Alternatively, technicians with relevant professional experience are also welcome.
- Experience in planning wastewater, water, and gas systems and willingness to independently take on projects after a brief onboarding.
- Proficient application of service phases 1 to 7 according to HOAI and knowledge of VDI 6026 requirements, understanding the services to be provided in each phase.
- Confident use of relevant regulations, standards, and planning tools. Experience with AutoCAD, liNear, AVA software, and ideally Revit.
- Ability to work independently, value exchange with authorities, utility companies, and discipline planners, and a desire for continuous professional development.

Salary/Compensations
- €4,000 to €5,000 gross per month, depending on qualification and experience
