About the Role

ATÖLYE 360 is building a freelancer pool of service and experience designers to quickly engage with trusted professionals when suitable projects arise. This role focuses on designing integrated experience systems that connect strategy to behavior across physical, digital, and human touchpoints for clients in the UAE.

Responsibilities

• Designing end-to-end journeys across digital products, platforms, and channels.
• Designing programs, rituals, and engagement models that build audiences and sustain participation.
• Designing learning journeys, facilitation formats, and capability-building programs for organizations in transformation.
• Translating research into business models, positioning, and roadmaps.
• Extending service design into physical and spatial touchpoints such as branches, campuses, retail, cultural, and hospitality environments.
• Connecting strategy to behavior across physical, digital, and human touchpoints.

Requirements

• Freelance or set up to invoice as such.
• Based in the UAE.
• Proven, demonstrable experience in service design.
• Depth in at least one of: digital, community, L&D, consultancy, or spatial experience.
• Able to deliver in Arabic, English, or both.
• Comfortable working across cultures and in Arabic speaking environments.
• Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, prototyping, and translating research into working models.
