About the Role

Delivery is a critical touchpoint in the customer journey, significantly impacting satisfaction and cost. This role focuses on defining and executing an experimentation agenda to understand customer value in delivery and demand steering, balancing customer experience with operational efficiency across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the European experimentation and learning agenda for delivery propositions and demand steering strategies.
• Identify and validate key customer, operational, and commercial assumptions through structured experimentation.
• Design experiments and govern experimentation frameworks, methodologies, guardrails, and success criteria.
• Partner closely with Analytics and Tech teams to ensure experiments are statistically sound and correctly interpreted.
• Coordinate execution with Network Operations Planning, ensuring experiments are operationally feasible and scientifically valid.
• Translate experimentation outcomes into clear, actionable recommendations for Network, Commercial, and Product stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a scalable library of validated insights on steering and delivery propositions for reuse across markets.

Requirements

• Experience translating complex, multi-dimensional data into insight, connecting operational changes to customer impact.
• A track record of analyzing customer behavior to understand decision-making.
• Strong business case and strategy skills to translate data insights into actionable commercial recommendations.
• Systems-thinking curiosity to understand the operational impact of customer proposition changes.
• Diverse experiences are valued, even if not all criteria are met.
