About the Role

This role offers the opportunity to build front-office trading experience in a systematic investment environment. We are looking for someone who is bright, reliable and keen to learn.

Responsibilities

• Monitor automated order flow and escalate issues where required.
• Assist with basic trade execution under the guidance of experienced traders or trading systems.
• Support the supervision of market impact and algorithmic execution performance.
• Help monitor calendar rolls, spreads and other scheduled trading activity.
• Compile trading, execution and performance statistics, daily reports, and accurate records.
• Liaise with brokers and internal teams where appropriate.

Requirements

• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• Good numerical ability; Maths A-Level or equivalent aptitude.
• Good computing skills.
• Basic understanding of coding, SQL or data analysis.

• Rotating shift pattern covering European, US and Asia-Pacific market hours, including early mornings, evenings and overnight shifts.
