About the Role

As a Customer Advisor / Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, guiding them from vehicle order to handover. Your role is crucial in ensuring a first-class customer journey and making the car buying process a great experience.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact and accompany customers from completed order to vehicle handover.
• Research the current status of orders in close cooperation with colleagues from other departments and ensure smooth delivery of vehicles.
• Maintain an overview of upcoming tasks at all times and set priorities within the team.
• Contribute to customers receiving their new car as quickly as possible, delivered directly to their doorstep.

Requirements

• First experiences in dialog marketing / call center or in private customer support.
• Enjoy telephone customer contact and possess a structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working.
• Team spirit and hands-on mentality characterize you.
• Bring a positive basic attitude and healthy commitment to achieving self-set goals.
• Fluent German language skills in speaking and writing.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Gmail, Calendar etc.).
