About the Role
Assembles, disassembles, and modifies various production subassemblies by following work plans. Inspects results to ensure conformance. This role requires consistent, in-person collaboration and will be performed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

- Inspects results to ensure conformance.
Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret work instructions and drawings
- Ability to become solder certified
- Computer literacy, and familiarity with Microsoft suit of products (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong work ethic, and a desire to be part of a successful working team
- A passion for learning/knowledge
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer skills, including using software for MRP and data collection
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing environments
- Effective communication and team work
- 3+ years of experience in electronic assembly
- IPC-610/620 Certifications
- Knowledge of MIL-STD-883 Methods 2017 and 2021
- Solder Reflow experience
