About the Role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Director to lead our Katonah NY clinic. This role offers a motivated clinician the chance to step into leadership while continuing hands-on patient care, with profit sharing and potential equity/partnership.
Responsibilities
- Treat patients and create individualized care plans
- Lead and support clinic operations and team development
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
- Maintain documentation and track outcomes
Requirements
- DPT or master’s in physical therapy
- Active NY license (or eligible)
- Ortho experience preferred
- Leadership interest (experience a plus, not required)
