Responsibilities
- Promote appropriate use of Gilead products by providing information on HIV and COVID-19 products and related diseases, utilizing knowledge and data, to medical institutions and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve activity goals such as visit frequency and coverage for assigned physicians and customers through omnichannel activities, build and develop strong relationships with key institutions and physicians, and achieve sales and activity targets for assigned products.
- Identify business opportunities by accurately grasping therapeutic challenges in the assigned area based on business unit plans, develop territory plans for the assigned district, actively communicate with superiors, marketing, and related departments, and engage in activities that promote the appropriate use of assigned products, including event planning and support.
- Perform reporting duties, including administrative tasks such as settlement and activity status reporting, and promptly execute duties related to product safety, such as adverse events and quality abnormalities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences or business is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or commercial operations.
- Experience in HIV, COVID-19, infectious diseases, rare diseases, or other specialized therapeutic areas is desirable.
- Excellent sales performance, such as awards for sales achievements, is desirable.
- Possess MR certification.
- Possess communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders inside and outside the team and communicate business direction in the assigned region.
- For internal applications, annual performance evaluations for the last two years must be 'Outstanding Year' or 'Strong Year'. (Applications are not accepted if there is a 'Challenging Year' evaluation in either 'What' or 'How' within the last two years.)
