About the Role
As Senior Marketing Manager, AI Growth & Partnerships, you will lead the development and execution of marketing plans to support the growth and adoption of the AI Growth & Partnerships (AIGP) portfolio. This involves identifying, developing, and scaling new opportunities at the intersection of research, technology, AI, and partnerships. You will translate business priorities into customer-focused marketing activities and content that drives awareness, engagement, customer acquisition, and commercial results, owning the end-to-end delivery of marketing programs from planning through optimization.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing planning and program delivery.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans supporting the AI Growth & Partnerships portfolio growth objectives.
- Translate business priorities, product innovations, and partnership opportunities into impactful marketing programs and campaigns.
- Ensure marketing initiatives drive customer acquisition, engagement, adoption, retention, and commercial outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing programs and campaigns, including planning, execution, governance, performance measurement, and optimization.
- Lead Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for priority accounts and partners.
- Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Support product launches and partnership marketing.
- Lead marketing planning and coordination for new product launches, partnership announcements, and growth initiatives.
- Partner with product, sales, and business teams to deliver coordinated go-to-market activities.
- Establish clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and success measures for key initiatives.
- Manage marketing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment.
- Apply and cultivate innovation and creativity to identify new approaches that strengthen market impact and differentiation.
- Drive content, sales enablement, and digital presence.
- Develop and manage marketing content that supports awareness, engagement, customer education, and product adoption.
- Partner with subject matter experts, product teams, and content specialists to create compelling customer-facing assets.
- Leverage and demonstrate the ability to be multimedia savvy and create and optimize content across multiple formats and channels.
- Lead the development and maintenance of sales enablement materials.
- Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to identify content and enablement needs.
- Leverage account insights, intent data, and customer intelligence to tailor messaging and marketing programs.
- Manage and optimize the AIGP website and digital presence.
- Utilize tech savvy and multimedia savvy capabilities to maximize the effectiveness of digital platforms, content delivery, and customer engagement.
- Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and customer experience across web properties, campaign assets, and sales enablement materials.
- Monitor content and website performance, using analytics and insights to continuously improve engagement, effectiveness, and business outcomes.
- Coordinate execution across the research marketing division.
- Brief and align specialist marketing teams on priorities, campaign objectives, audience needs, and expected outcomes.
- Coordinate delivery across campaign marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, events, communications, and marketing operations.
- Ensure consistency of messaging, customer experience, and brand standards across all activities.
- Apply a global perspective to align programs with diverse audiences, markets, and stakeholder needs.
- Identify and resolve execution challenges, demonstrating agility, innovation, and a focus on delivering results.
- Measure and optimize performance.
- Define and track KPIs to evaluate campaign and program performance.
- Monitor marketing performance against agreed objectives and targets.
- Analyze market trends, customer behaviour, and performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvement.
- Prepare regular performance updates and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Support reporting on marketing contribution to pipeline, adoption, and business outcomes.
- Enable cross-functional collaboration.
- Build strong working relationships across Product, Platforms & Solutions, Research Marketing, Commercial, and Corporate Affairs teams.
- Facilitate alignment on marketing priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Represent marketing requirements and customer perspectives in cross-functional discussions.
- Support effective decision-making through data, insights, and performance reporting.
- Foster a culture that cultivates innovation, encourages collaboration, and embraces diverse perspectives.
Requirements
- Significant demonstrable experience in marketing, product marketing, growth marketing, or go-to-market execution roles.
- Proven success delivering integrated marketing campaigns for complex products, services, or portfolios.
- Experience working closely with product, sales, and business teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Ability to operate effectively within a global matrix organization.
- Experience in technology, digital products, AI-related businesses, or innovation-led environments is advantageous.
- Strong marketing planning, content marketing, campaign management, and execution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
- Ability to translate business and product priorities into clear marketing actions and deliverables.
- Strong understanding of modern marketing disciplines, including demand generation, content marketing, digital marketing, customer lifecycle marketing, and performance measurement.
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles, including account segmentation, personalized engagement strategies, and sales and marketing alignment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and delivery excellence.
