About the Role

As a team member, you will be responsible for ensuring customers have an exceptional experience from the moment they enter the store to when they leave. This includes helping them pick new shoes, styling outfits, and ensuring they enjoy their time in the store.

Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing experiences for customers through authentic customer service.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on products to build rapport.
  • Maintaining store standards, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.
  • Managing cash and adhering to all policy and procedures for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.

Requirements

  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, sales-driven atmosphere.
