About the Role

The Studio team supports retail projects in Local Market SAB, Departmental Store, Multi-Brand retailer, and Travel Retail. This role is responsible for the design of Fragrance & Beauty Retail projects in Japan Local & Travel Retail Markets, ensuring creative and innovative retail environments that meet brand standards and global direction while supporting business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Architect Manager in retail project design development.
• Manage projects from design kick-off through store opening.
• Develop and produce 3D visualizations of final designs.
• Adapt Global design guidelines for all Retail projects.
• Work on Design development using 3D modeling software (Sketchup).
• Prepare drawing packages and support cost estimates and value engineering.
• Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and innovative design solutions.
• Ensure high quality and consistency in construction.
• Interface with internal teams and external consultants for project delivery.
• Support manager with improvements, retrofits, and maintenance.

Requirements

• Experience in retail project design development.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Sketchup).
• Ability to understand and adapt Global design guidelines.
• Experience preparing drawing packages and supporting cost estimates.
• Ability to identify cost efficiencies and innovative design solutions.
• Experience ensuring quality and consistency in construction.
• Experience interfacing with internal teams and external consultants.
