About the Role
We are seeking a working student (up to 20 hours/week) for our Berlin team at the interface of Commercial Asset Management, Legal, and Controlling. In this role, you will manage the commercial aspects of our battery storage projects, from monitoring project contracts and milestones to conducting minor legal reviews and automating processes using AI and other tools.
Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of our project companies throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and development to construction, financing, operation, purchase, and sale.
- Monitor project contracts and contractual obligations for our battery storage projects, keeping track of deadlines, milestones, and fulfillment status.
- Assist with commercial controlling and collaboration with Accounting and Finance.
- Conduct minor legal reviews in close coordination with the legal department.
- Develop and implement automated workflows and processes using AI tools, from ideation through implementation to ongoing monitoring.
- Act as an interface between the legal department, asset management, controlling, and accounting, ensuring information flow and process integration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Master's degree with a business focus, ideally with a legal component (e.g., Business Law, Business Administration with a minor in Law, or similar).
- Interest in renewable energies, electricity trading, and the operation of battery storage projects.
- Enthusiasm for AI-driven work and process automation; willingness to explore and apply new tools.
- Structured, detail-oriented approach with the ability to deeply understand complex issues and communicate them clearly.
- Native-level German and good English language skills.
- Motivation and initiative to actively contribute and shape a dynamic environment.
