About the Role
As a Manager within the Transformation and Value Creation (TVC) services, you will play a key part in contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth by managing complex and strategic projects for clients, partnering with them throughout the entire lifecycle and leading the delivery of value-led outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Managing and delivering major transformation and strategic change programmes across tech intensive industries.
- Building attributable client relationships based on the breadth and depth of your technology expertise.
- Managing a diverse range of client engagement types across a range of sectors and geographies.
- Helping to develop intellectual capital around expert topic areas to support client delivery and sales.
- Controlling and optimising resources and costs in the delivery of projects.
- Proactively inspiring high levels of performance from project teams.
- Developing and mentoring project teams and sector members, as well as line-managing team members.
Requirements
- Consulting experience, managing and delivering transformation engagements for clients across various tech intensive industries.
- Experience in value creation, commercial or operational excellence, revenue growth, cost and margin optimisation and operating model design, programme recovery and turnaround.
