About the Role

Responsible for solution design and delivery for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers and lead discovery workshops for requirements.
• Develop Business Requirements Document, business scenarios, and key use cases.
• Lead configuration and presentation of Microsoft Dynamics Solution presentations for key business and cross-track scenarios.
• Lead solutioning on cross-track scenarios.
• Review and validate design documents and solution artifacts prepared by project team members meet customer requirements.
• Improve solution artifacts as needed.
• Assist in building and validating solution strategies required in project implementations (Program strategy, Application strategy, Data strategy, Reporting strategy, Integration strategy, Security strategy, Cutover strategy, etc.).
• Lead Training, SIT, and UAT phases.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
• Lead a team of Consultants/Analysts and take responsibility for their performance and admin tasks.
• Assist in providing mentoring and coaching to junior members.
• Ensure effective leadership is implemented when managing a team or project team.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance Operations in functional configuration.
• Deep knowledge of implementing D365 Finance (GL, AP, AR, Bank, FA, Budget, Intercompany).
• Deep knowledge of designing D365 Finance integration with external applications (e.g., xP&A systems, data lakes, analytics systems).
• At least 1 Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O certification is required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand, communicate, and interpret business processes and requirements.
• Willing to work under a 6-month fixed-term employment contract.
• Willing and able to report onsite daily.
