About the Role

Lead and develop a team of SMB Account Executives for a fast-paced, high-growth company, directly impacting the growth of the Data Cloud sales team and the training/development of your team. This position reports to our Senior Director of IT Sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and scale a team of Account Executives.
• Assist the team throughout strategic sales cycles by understanding customer needs and mapping them to Rippling Data Cloud & Rippling Solutions value.
• Monitor sales performance, including activity, pipelines, monthly forecasts, and closed deals to ensure quota attainment.
• Report regularly on team and individual results through pipeline management and forecasting.
• Identify and recommend improvements in process, efficiency, and productivity.
• Lead the team to achieve and exceed monthly targets.
• Participate in the hiring, interviewing, training, and ramp-up of new team members.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sales management experience in tech sales.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets as an individual contributor.
• Ability to collaborate extensively with Solutions Engineers, Professional Services, or Forward Deployed Engineers.
• Ability to accurately forecast team performance.
• Motivated with a desire to learn and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
