About the Role

Partner with largest US and Global customers to understand their IT requirements and guide them to adopt Rippling's Apps, Devices, Identity, and Inventory Management Solutions. Manage an evolving book of business and serve as the internal expert for Rippling's IT solutions. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with major clients and cross-functionally to enhance product, adoption, and customer experience for IT.

Responsibilities

Become an expert on Rippling’s IT offering, serving as a client resource within 30 days and an IT subject matter expert for colleagues within 60 days.
Act as a trusted implementation partner to clients by understanding their technology requirements related to Rippling.
Guide customers through the installation and adoption of Rippling’s IT solutions.
Train customers on Rippling IT products.
Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Experience teams to ensure client success.
Partner with Solutions Consulting, Implementation, and Product teams to improve processes and products.
Develop and document IT implementation processes and best practices.

Requirements

A passion and curiosity for all things related to IT.
4+ years of experience managing an IT set-up at a company, implementing IT products for customers, or selling IT solutions.
Strong understanding of Fleet Management, UEM, RMM, MDM, device and identity provisioning, Zero Touch, and Endpoint Lifecycle Management.
Familiarity with IT products such as Google, Azure, and Okta.
Strong project management and organizational skills with high attention to detail and excellent time management.
Ability to manage client relationships with strong communication and presentation skills.
Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build.
