About the Role
As the Senior Growth Manager for Global Cross-Sell, you will own a critical slice of the business, driving growth across product lines, buyer segments, and personas for both prospects and customers. You will establish and lead the marketing strategy to reach KPIs, serve as the connective tissue between Sales Development, Sales, and marketing, and build programs and campaigns that deliver measurable impact. Your initiatives will directly affect LTV and net dollar retention, impacting Rippling's enterprise value.
Responsibilities
- Own cross-sell pipeline numbers for Global product suites and target account activation metrics.
- Develop and lead the strategy for integrated marketing campaigns across channels including webinars, ebooks, paid ads, field events, direct mail, ABM, PLG initiatives, and outbound sales activations.
- Identify repeatable, scalable campaigns and project manage scaling them across international geos.
- Drive end-to-end campaign execution, including defining audiences and triggers, managing copy and creative development, launching, testing, and iterating.
- Build and scale evergreen, trigger-based programs and multi-touch nurture campaigns, continuously optimizing budget allocation to high-ROI channels.
- Collaborate with content, brand, product marketing, performance marketing, sales, SDRs, analytics, and marketing ops to develop, execute, and optimize campaigns.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on shared priorities.
- Report on performance to leadership and stakeholders, proactively surfacing insights and flagging what's working and what isn't.
- Keep the organization aligned on progress against targets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical role (strategy, operations, product management, or growth) with a proven track record of driving measurable business impact in a B2B/SaaS hyper-growth environment.
- Exceptional data and analytical skills; ability to translate quantitative data (SQL, Excel) and qualitative observations into clear, actionable business strategy.
- Business-first mindset focused on revenue, pipeline, and retention.
- Bias to action and end-to-end ownership; ability to execute flawlessly, take projects across the finish line, and test new ideas.
- Ability to dive deep into signals to find challenges and solutions, pivot when things don't work, and scale fast when they do.
- Superb cross-functional collaboration and communication skills to drive initiatives spanning marketing, sales, revops, engineering, product, and marketing ops.
- Hacker's mentality with structured problem-solving skills; ability to break down ambiguous problems into solvable components and combine creativity with analytical rigor.
