About the Role
The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build to solve customer problems and enable their success. This role focuses on owning the success of the Rippling product in the European market, with the opportunity to launch and grow markets at various maturity levels. You will develop deep market knowledge, understand customer needs, and collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, sales, implementation, and support teams to build, launch, and improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Rippling in major new European markets.
- Define path-to-sales strategy, including sequencing and scope.
- Conduct market research and customer analysis to understand customer needs and requirements for payroll, HR, and adjacent products.
- Deeply understand the legal, compliance, regulatory requirements, and operational payroll flows in each target country.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, legal, compliance) to drive execution and ensure successful product launches with velocity.
- Stay close to the data to understand what is required to hit ambitious goals.

- Background in payroll, HR tech, or workforce management software is preferred.
- Demonstrated experience delivering complex products in highly regulated environments is also appropriate.
