About the Role

This role focuses on making Rippling Scheduling the preferred choice for businesses reliant on scheduling. The objective is to develop enterprise-grade capabilities for complex customers and establish Scheduling as a key growth channel for Rippling. The Product Lead will manage the product lifecycle, including core experience, roadmap strategy, enterprise expansion, and PLG integration, setting direction and driving execution.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Scheduling product, including core shift creation and management, open shifts, swap and cover, templates, compliance rules, and mobile experience.
  • Drive growth and activation in partnership with Rippling's PLG team, positioning Scheduling as a top lead generation channel.
  • Develop enterprise capabilities such as labor budgeting, demand-based auto-scheduling, AI-assisted schedule generation, and advanced workforce planning.
  • Define the critical feature set for a category-defining workforce management solution by understanding the competitive landscape and customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM, sales, and compliance to deliver high-quality product and ensure customer success.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and emerging technologies to maintain the competitiveness and innovation of the Time Products suite.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in high-growth B2B SaaS.
  • Proven experience owning a product end-to-end, with a track record of scaling or significantly expanding a product's footprint.
  • Strong UX and product instincts for complex interfaces, capable of managing both admin and employee perspectives.
  • Familiarity with PLG, activation loops, or growth-oriented product work is a strong plus.
  • Ability to operate at multiple levels, from strategy setting to detailed edge cases, data models, and UI.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to be direct, clear, and drive alignment.
  • Workforce management or scheduling domain experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Strong alignment with Rippling's leadership principles, particularly 'Go and See' and 'Are Right, a Lot'.
