About the Role

Responsibilities

• Support restaurant and bar operations.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables, refill beverages, and polish silverware.
• Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app.
• Run food orders from the kitchen to tables, ensuring customer service, accuracy, and presentation standards.
• Utilize technology for efficient food pick-up and drop-off service.
• Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant areas, including the gaming area and restrooms.
• Restock service stations and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning and stacking chairs/tables, sweeping floors, setting up outdoor furniture, and removing trash.
• Provide friendly and attentive service, responding promptly to guest requests.
• Uphold safety and sanitation principles.
• Collaborate with team members for efficient service.
• Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant experience in a high-volume environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods.
• Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs.
• Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and multiple plates.
• Must be able to safely use a ladder.
