About the Role
The PEO Account Executive role at Rippling offers a unique opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual to manage a high-velocity sales cycle while navigating a strategic sales process. This role focuses on engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities, managing sales cycles, closing revenue, and ensuring a smooth transition for new customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage PEO/HRS pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue and move deals through the PEO quoting process.
- Conduct sales calls with short deck presentations and in-depth PEO/HRS discussions.
- Consistently close business and achieve quota attainment.
- Become a product expert on PEO/HRS services and understand the competitor landscape.
- Collaborate closely with Account Management/Account Executive teams to ensure successful PEO/HRS evaluations and closes.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful PEO sales experience.
- Experience carrying a USD 350k+ annual quota.
- Proven success in a sales organization (top 10%).
- Experience selling PEO/HRS software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
