About the Role

Rippling is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to own Topline forecasting end-to-end, including model building, stakeholder alignment, and C-suite presentations. This strategic role requires a deep understanding of growth drivers to inform executive and Board-level decisions, partnering closely with Sales and Marketing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Build and own financial models for accurate business forecasting.
• Develop a deep understanding of Rippling’s GTM motions to analyze growth drivers and evaluate GTM performance.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to incorporate qualitative, on-the-ground signal into the forecast.
• Collaborate with data science to apply statistical techniques for improved forecast precision.
• Utilize technology to automate processes and enhance finance team scalability.
• Own monthly board reporting.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investing, and/or investment banking.
• Prior experience at a public company is strongly preferred.
• Strong financial modeling skills with a track record of owning complex operating models end to end.
• A structured, systems-oriented approach to forecasting.
• Enjoys being in the weeds and continuously fine-tuning model assumptions.
• Proficiency in SQL and comfort synthesizing large, imperfect datasets into clear insights.
