Responsibilities
- Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
- Conduct house rounds, nightly bed checks, and perform bag, pat, and room searches.
- Monitor resident daily details and enter documentation in SecurManage.
- Collect urine samples, administer alco-sensor tests, and complete related documentation.
- Serve as a pro-social role model to residents, supporting behavior change and addressing concerns.
- Attend required training and staff meetings.
- Undertake other job-related projects and activities as assigned.
