About the Role
CRJ seeks compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Workers (Program Monitors) to support individuals in our care. This entry-level, full-time position offers valuable training for career advancement and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
- Conduct house rounds for life and safety checks, perform nightly bed checks, and conduct bag, pat, and room searches.
- Monitor resident daily details and enter documentation in SecurManage.
- Collect urine samples, administer alco-sensor tests, and complete all related documentation.
- Serve as a pro-social role model to residents, supporting behavior change and addressing resident concerns.
- Attend required training and staff meetings.
- Undertake other job-related projects and activities as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must complete a pre-employment background check.
