About the Role
Carbon Health is redefining the Primary Care Physician role with a focus on professional fulfillment and personal well-being, offering a 4-day work week, no call, and holidays off.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient-focused history and physical exams
- Provide basic women’s health services, including Pap smears
- Develop evidence-based workups and treatment plans
- Care for adult patients (no pediatrics)
- Interpret x-rays, labs, and EKGs
- Manage patient flow efficiently with Central Support assistance
- Provide leadership for your team of MAs and support staff
- Supervise assigned PAs/NPs
- Manage a patient panel with an emphasis on quality outcomes
Requirements
- Board-certified (MD/DO) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Unrestricted DEA license
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in your state
- Committed to patient-centered, relationship-driven care
- Comfortable providing basic women’s health services
- Passionate about innovation, continuous learning, and technology-driven care
- Skilled at fostering a positive, respectful team environment
- BLS certification is required and must be obtained before your first day with Carbon Health
