About the Role
Hot 8 Yoga is seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Studio Managers who love Yoga to join their expanding management team. This role is crucial for maintaining the studio's reputation as the Hottest, Cleanest, and Most Connected hot yoga studio.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff
- Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
- Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
- Tracking studio budget
- Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
- Processing payroll
- Overseeing inventory
- Working 5 Front Desk shifts
- Performing cleaning duties throughout the day
- Leading Teacher Trainings
- Leading and managing teachers and front desk staff
Requirements
- Previous management experience is required
- Must teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
