About the Role

Product Managers at exacare ai shape product direction by connecting AI advancements, customer reality, business goals, and technical constraints into products that are used. This role requires making tradeoffs and translating complex problems into clear product direction.

Responsibilities

• Spend time with customers and internal teams to deeply understand user workflows.
• Translate insights into a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Write high-quality specs and collaborate with engineers and designers for implementation.
• Take responsibility for the whole product lifecycle from concept through launch.
• Continuously evaluate market shifts, competitors, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field.
• At least 2 years of product management experience building software products.
• Proven experience owning products from concept through to commercial scale.
• Strong judgment and structured thinking in ambiguous problem spaces.
• Clear, direct written and verbal communication skills.
• Knack for building tasteful products that bring delight to users.
