About the Role

This foundational, hands-on role involves owning the organization's information infrastructure, including network, servers, and software tools. You will design and build systems from the ground up, ensure their reliability and security, and collaborate across engineering, operations, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain multi-site secure network infrastructure from utility interconnection to end devices.
• Develop infrastructure standards for all existing and new sites.
• Administer server infrastructure including file storage, backups, identity management, and compute resources.
• Manage cloud infrastructure and organizational SaaS services.
• Oversee network monitoring, uptime, and incident response.
• Support information security policies, access controls, endpoint protection, and audit logging.
• Collaborate with engineering leads to manage software tooling and licensing requirements.
• Provide day-to-day IT support, including hardware/software troubleshooting and device fleet management.
• Maintain internal documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or network engineering.
• Demonstrated ownership of full-stack infrastructure across multiple sites.
• Hands-on experience designing and managing enterprise networks.
• Experience administering identity and access management systems.
• Experience with detailed design from utility service to end devices.
• Strong understanding of information security principles including network segmentation, patch management, and vulnerability management.
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and cloud infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts and ability to resolve issues independently.
• Ability to operate effectively in an environment with evolving processes.
