About the Role

Rippling IT is the IT infrastructure for the AI era, unifying identity, devices, and compliance on a single data graph. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our ambitious product roadmap, focusing on positioning, launching, and selling our IT products. This is an individual contributor role at the center of a high-velocity launch cadence, working closely with IT leadership, sales, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Own the positioning, messaging, and narrative for the full IT product surface, sharpening the story against the buyer, competitor, and AI era changes.
Manage end-to-end product launches, from beta through GA and scaling, including launch plans, assets, enablement, and post-launch feedback.
Develop sales enablement materials such as decks, battlecards, demo narratives, and objection handling to equip the sales team.
Collaborate with growth, content, field, and events teams to ensure consistent market messaging.
Create various forms of content, including launch posts, customer stories, briefs, and internal narratives.
Lead by example as an AI-native marketer, integrating AI tools into workflows for research, drafting, competitive analysis, and asset production.

Requirements

Experience working with technical products, such as a PM, TPM, or Sales Engineer.
Strong strategic instincts in segmentation, competitive analysis, message hierarchy, and launch thesis.
Comfort discussing technical products like IT, infrastructure, identity, compliance, and security.
Ability to relate to and credibly communicate with IT admins, CIOs, or CISOs.
Outstanding writing and deck-building skills, capable of transforming fuzzy product ideas into sharp narratives.
A bias for action, moving quickly, owning work end-to-end, and setting the pace for launches.
A working point of view on AI in marketing, including daily usage, effectiveness, and limitations.
