About the Role

Forbes Advisor is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the on-site experience and journey funnels for Social and Native traffic across all Comparison verticals. This role focuses on maximizing conversion, revenue, and engagement by building valuable customer propositions and optimizing the user journey from ad click to partner hand-off.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy and roadmap for the on-site experience and journeys serving Social and Native traffic across all verticals.
  • Contribute to the Social and P&L owned by the General Manager, balancing customer needs, partner economics, and business goals.
  • Grow and optimize the on-site performance of Social and Native traffic across all verticals.
  • Define customer value and measure the value propositions deliver.
  • Own the end-to-end comparison journey for Social and Native customers, removing friction at every stage.
  • Build and optimize journey funnels, features, and capabilities to maximize conversion, revenue, and engagement.
  • Partner closely with Marketing (Social and Native) to align traffic quality and on-site experience.
  • Understand customer behavior from Social and Native channels to match customers to partners and maximize revenue.
  • Harness AI to create standout customer experiences for Social and Native visitors.
  • Translate proposition, commercials, and partner arrangements into clear requirements for Engineering.
  • Own a prioritized backlog and deliver from concept to launch and beyond.
  • Ensure appropriate tracking and data are in place, track performance, and drive iterative improvements post-launch.
  • Build strong partner relationships and act as the day-to-day product interface.
  • Act as the central point of communication for your vertical, keeping stakeholders aligned.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in product management with a track record of delivering high-impact products and journeys that drive conversion and revenue.
  • Experience in comparison, affiliate, or lead generation (or a comparable performance-driven vertical), ideally within insurance, health, or emerging categories.
  • Comfortable with commercial, partner, and regulatory dynamics.
  • Deep, hands-on experience matching and monetizing customers from Social and Native channels.
  • Proven track record of driving significant revenue from Social and Native sources.
  • Strong grasp of Social and Native buying processes, campaign and audience data models, and network signals.
  • Strong track record of growing and optimizing journeys and propositions.
  • Excited by the potential of AI to shape customer experiences.
  • Exemplary communication and stakeholder skills.
  • Proven ability to work well with commercial, marketing, and third-party partners.
  • Data-driven, curious, and proactive.
  • Happy to be hands-on in a fast-moving, expanding team.
