About the Role

The Home Goods Associate ensures snacks and grocery items are well-stocked, organized, and properly displayed. This role involves replenishing inventory, maintaining product freshness, and assisting customers with product inquiries in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Restock shelves and displays with grocery and snack items, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and expiration date checks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual appeal of the sales area.
• Assist customers with product-related questions.
• Collaborate with team members to uphold store standards.
• May be requested to work in other locations.
• Bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• Previous retail or stocking experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, outgoing and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Team player capable of thriving in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to lift and carry boxes and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
