About the Role
The Home Stylist supports the Retail Team at the Fenwick Kingston concession, providing enhanced retail experiences through in-store design, room planning, and styling services. This role requires a proactive individual who can balance design duties with store operations and customer engagement in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and present design plans using Vector Works, Photoshop, and MS Office
- Identify and refer large project leads to the Interior Design Service
- Provide customer consultations via email, phone, face-to-face, and digital appointments
- Deliver exceptional customer service from initial enquiry through to after-care
- Liaise with Delivery and Warehouse teams regarding stock and deliveries
- Generate and maximize project revenue to meet sales targets
- Execute EPOS transactions and process payments
- Build and maintain a customer database using Salesforce and Hero
- Support daily retail operations, including replenishment, stock handling, and housekeeping
- Maintain store presentation standards
- Model company values and behaviors
- Collaborate with the wider store team
