About the Role

CRJ seeks compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Workers (Program Monitors) to support individuals in our care. This entry-level position offers valuable training for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
• Enter documentation into SecurManage.
• Conduct scheduled house rounds for life and safety checks.
• Perform nightly bed checks, bag, pat, and room searches.
• Monitor resident daily details.
• Collect urine samples and administer alco-sensor tests, completing all required documentation.
• Serve as a pro-social role model to residents, supporting behavior change.
• Effectively convey information and respond to resident concerns, needs, and complaints.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
• Undertake other job-related projects and activities as assigned.

Requirements

• Must complete a pre-employment background check.
