About the Role

CRJ seeks compassionate and dependable Community Corrections Workers (Program Monitors) to support individuals in our care. This entry-level position offers valuable training for career advancement and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Perform general reception duties, including signing residents in and out, answering calls, greeting visitors, and sorting mail.
• Conduct house rounds, perform nightly bed checks, and execute bag, pat, and room searches.
• Monitor resident daily details and enter documentation in SecurManage.
• Collect urine samples, administer alco-sensor tests, and complete all required documentation.
• Serve as a pro-social role model, supporting resident behavior change and addressing resident concerns.
• Attend required training and staff meetings.
• Undertake other job-related projects and activities as assigned.
