- Translate legal, contractual, client confidentiality, and internal policy requirements into clear control expectations and implementable guidance for business and technology teams.
- Assess AI tools, workflows, data flows, vendor/tool documentation, prompt and output handling, human oversight, monitoring, escalation, and confidentiality safeguards.
- Partner with engineers, IT, Information Security, data/AI teams, consultants, and product owners to understand solutions and shape compliant, business-friendly approaches.

- Technology fluency and curiosity to discuss data flows, AI-enabled workflows, SaaS/cloud tools, access rights, retention, logging, vendor integrations, and technical and organizational measures with technical teams.
- Practical familiarity with AI or generative AI use cases and related legal/privacy risks, including data sourcing, prompt and output handling, human oversight, vendor use, confidentiality, and monitoring.
