About the Role
As our new Continuous Improvement Manager, you'll help shape how our People & Culture team works by identifying opportunities, streamlining processes, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. This is a brand-new opportunity to make a real impact across the P&C function. You'll work closely with leaders, People Services, Business Partners, Centres of Excellence, Systems and Data teams to redesign the experiences that matter most to our leaders and employees.
Responsibilities
- Building and embedding a practical approach to continuous improvement across P&C.
- Leading high-impact process improvement initiatives from idea through to implementation.
- Creating a clear roadmap of improvement priorities that deliver real business value.
- Introducing a process ownership model that gives teams clarity and accountability.
- Coaching colleagues to build continuous improvement capability across the function.
- Bringing people together, creating momentum and making change stick.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering people or business process improvements, with clear evidence of implemented outcomes.
- Strong grounding in continuous improvement methodologies, with the ability to apply them in practical, flexible ways.
- Track record of driving change through others, not just delivering work independently.
- Experience building momentum and engagement across teams in complex environments.
- Strong delivery discipline, including the ability to track progress, manage priorities and ensure outcomes are realised.
- Candidates from any discipline who bring strong continuous improvement, process optimisation or transformation experience are welcome.
- Experience successfully improving how teams, services or businesses operate.

Education Level
