About the Role
You will be a central point of contact for our healthcare partners, guiding them through ongoing collaborations and ensuring reliable request processing, structured information documentation, and dependable partner support.
Responsibilities
- Apply for and process medical services within our systems.
- Maintain data and ensure structured, transparent documentation.
- Coordinate inquiries, prepare documents, and reliably follow up on cases.
- Correspond with service providers and health insurance companies, requesting missing documentation.
- Serve as the primary contact for existing healthcare partners via phone, email, or our digital portal.
- Attend on-site meetings or events as needed.
- Collaborate closely within the team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable qualification.
- Ideally, initial experience in customer contact or service.
- Enjoy interacting with people and possess friendly, reliable communication skills.
- Service-oriented with a good understanding of different contact persons.
- Structured, reliable work approach and organizational skills.
- Interest in healthcare and digital processes.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
